Program Description

Bespoke Home Solutions uses SMS messaging to communicate with customers regarding appointment scheduling, job reminders, estimate notifications, and service updates. Messages are sent only to customers who have provided their phone number and opted in to receive text communications from us.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your service activity. You may receive up to 5 messages per month related to your scheduled appointments and active jobs. You will only receive messages relevant to services you have requested.

Message and data rates may apply. Standard SMS and data rates charged by your mobile carrier apply to all messages sent and received. Bespoke Home Solutions does not charge any additional fee for SMS communications.

How to Opt In

You opt in to receive SMS messages from Bespoke Home Solutions by providing your mobile phone number when scheduling a service appointment or requesting an estimate, and by agreeing to receive text communications at that time.

Opt-Out Instructions

To stop receiving SMS messages from Bespoke Home Solutions at any time, reply STOP to any message we send you. You will receive one final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.
